No dropouts, no unexpected peaks or troughs, I can see exactly where I sprinted and where I blew after I had gone too hard on a climb on the graphs. On the L/R balance graph I can see every traffic light where I unclipped and struggled to clip back in for a few RPM.
So to me it seems like it's doing exactly the job I paid US$280 for it to do, which is totally good enough for me. I would struggle to justify spending more for what is effectively a toy and a (part-time) tool to prevent Strava from telling me I slagged it off when I was actually cycling into a headwind, that's all I am asking of it.

I'm trying to get a hold of a 4 bolt version to put some Shimano rings on to see how that goes.
